Kyle Clayton, Ph.D. is an Instructional Designer at the University of Oklahoma. “I have been teaching at the university level for the last five years. Although, I have been working as a graduate teaching assistant I have been able to develop my skills and philosophy as a teacher in an open and free environment. I have worked to develop course materials throughout these three years which aligned with the course objects. I have also been working on teams to conduct, analyze data, and present research at conferences. ` As an Instructional Designer, I consult on course design and content production in order to support faculty in the online teaching environment and give them more time to support their students learning. ” He joined me this week to tell me more.
