すべての人が一つとなるために・That All People Would Become One

イエスは十字架の前夜、弟子たちだけでなく、これから信じるすべての人のために祈られました。その願いはとてもシンプルで深いものでした。「すべての人が一つとなること」。神とイエスが一つであるように、私たちもその関係の中に招かれています。イエスはご自身の栄光が現されること、そして弟子たちが守られ聖別されることを祈り、その先にある未来の教会、つまり私たちの一致を見据えておられました。この一致は、ただ同じ考えを持つことではなく、キリストの愛を中心に生きることです。 Jesus didn’t just pray for His disciples, He prayed for you. In John 17, we see His heart clearly. He asked that all believers would become one so the world would believe. That kind of unity is powerful and it becomes a living testimony of who Jesus is. When we forgive, serve, and love each other where we are, people begin to see God at work. This week’s message is a strong reminder that unity is not optional, it is part of our mission.
