Success Author's Corner with Chris Lynam - The Choreography of Customer Service
from Success Made to Last Legends · host Success Made to Last
There I was... the Beverly Hills Hotel, holding my most prized possession tightly in my hands, looking at my expensive drink and a Hollywood producer sitting across from me. He wanted my script and as a 21-year-old writer, I wasn't sure if I could give it to him. Who would have thought that after a series of weird twists and turns, I'd end up becoming a professional ballroom dancer, business owner, worldwide trainer and keynote speaker? Eventually, after retiring from competitive dancing, my writing background would resurface with an industry leading blog and published articles in The Huffington Post, Forbes, INC, The Sporting News, and Fatherly. I'm obsessed with the learning process. I live and breathe to help teachers improve in their ability to convey information. While Arthur Murray has been around since 1912, teaching has been one of our civilization's oldest professions... and the technology of teaching is a system update any industry can benefit from. So that's me. Oh, and I love my wife, my 4 kids (and counting), digital marketing, podcasting, and, of course, writing. Thank you for reading this summary and cheers to the pivot points, pitfalls, learning lessons, and ill-prepared moments with Hollywood producers that got you here.
