In Philippe Bouissou's book Aligning the Dots, he states that the key to alignment with your customer is to clearly define and control the expected delight. Further- the difference between the received delight and expected delight will dictate how much growth contribution can be realized. Please share a story of a company that understood the vital importance of alignment and grew beyond expectations.
