Success Made to Last with Nishchal Banskota of Nepal Tea Collective

Nepal Tea Collective, a New York-based public benefit corporation, founded by Nepalese-American entrepreneur Nishchal Banskota, that's coming up with whole new ways to do business in the tea trade and bringing a new level of transparency to the industry. Nepal Tea Collective aims to bridge the gap between tea farmers and customers by moving past the middlemen and working directly with tea producers.  They distribute some of the world's finest fresh teas, organically grown and packed at origin at four different small-holder farms in Nepal, throughout the United States and worldwide.  All their teas are labeled with a QR codes that can be scanned for info about exactly where, how and when the tea was produced.  As part of its mission, Nepal Tea Collective also works to empower working class Nepalese people by providing housing and scholarships in rural communities.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/success-made-to-last-legends--4302039/support.
