September is Suicide Prevention Month and in the past week alone, I’ve lost two people I know and I am very shaken and still processing. But I cannot be quiet about this epidemic in our world that so many are suffering from. I share my own brushes with depression and hopelessness, what I’ve learned about the warning signs, and how we can all play a role in supporting one another through dark times.
