Sindsdien is er sprake van een burgeroorlog in het land - waarbij veel burgers in verzet komen. Met aanslagen en vele doden tot gevolg. Nu lijkt die militaire junta van plan om nieuwe verkiezingen aan te kondigen - bedoeld om de macht verder te verstevigen. Wat zou dat doen met het verzet van de mensen in Myanmar?
