This Sunday, we’re keeping that tradition alive as we honor Ray Campbell and invite your thoughts on the next steps for ACB.  Ray has announced that the 2025 ACB Conference and Convention in Dallas will mark the conclusion of his 19 years of service on the ACB Board. As Second Vice President, Ray has exemplified dedication and vision, and now he’s passing the torch to the next generation of leaders. His decision sparks a crucial moment for reflection and conversation—conversations where your thoughts will help pave the way forward.  Join us for an engaging roundtable where we’ll explore these pivotal questions:    •    Passing the Torch: How can we ensure a seamless transition to new leadership?    •    Leadership Structure: Should we reimagine how ACB operates?    •    Presidential Responsibilities: Is it time to compensate the ACB President?    •    Board Roles: Should directors take on specific duties within the organization?    •    Vision for the Future: Is our current system effective, and what do we need from tomorrow’s leaders?  We’ll also ask whether our mentoring programs are preparing strong leaders and discuss whether it’s time for other long-serving leaders to consider stepping aside to make room for fresh perspectives.  This is your space, and we want to hear your thoughts.
