I launched a podcast first, introduced myself second. I am a campaigner for bravery and kindness, courage and compassion. I'm rocking the boat after a half century of playing it small and living by "good girl" ideals.I am a yoga instructor, a Sales Director, an author, a retreat host, a sober creative and so much more.
