Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy, and each day has its own vibration according to the planet that looks after that day of the week. The idea here is that we're aware of that energy—and we work with it. Sunday is ruled by solar energy, by SOUL energy. It vibrates at the level of Christ consciousness, Buddha nature, and divine love. This is the energy of inclusiveness.
