Supply Chain Management Resiliency

One of the most common problems organizations have today, is the coordination and management of their supply chains. All too often, organizations neglect to pay close attention to the dependencies that exist with their upstream and downstream partners, which can create many challenges should they experience a disruption. We speak with Supply Chain Management expert and the President of the Disaster Recovery Institute Exchange - Southwestern Ontario (DRIE-SWO) chapter, Tom Shebrek. Tom will provide us insights on how we can strengthen our own supply chain resilience through collaborative and collaboration practices and ensure we establish the necessary relationships to deal with supplier interruptions.
