Surviving the Horror - Episode 28: Total Chaos

In this episode, we dive into Total Chaos, a psychological-horror FPS from Trigger Happy Interactive and Apogee Entertainment. Originally a Doom II total-conversion mod, Total Chaos evolved into a full standalone game set on the sunny island of Fort Oasis. Many of the mechanics in this game are unique and are not expressed to this extent in many other survival horror games. Theres a decent crafting mechanic and a lot of different meters to manage to keep our main character Tyler happy and healthy on this island. We will break down the journey through Fort Oasis chapter by chapter and discuss major enemies, locations, NPCs. story beats and dig into the game's symbolism and lore as best as we can.
