Susan Snow

Today's guest, Susan Snow has a typical American 80's lifestyle as a teenager, she was concerned with her friends and her new boyfriend, and then her life was drastically altered when her dad was taken from this earth with premeditated intention. She found no real help for her unusual and difficult to understand symptoms, and was left to do her best to manage what she calls, crazy. Later in life another tragedy happened and it sent her into a spiral that led to some very dark places. Hope arrives in the form of a therapy that anyone can do and that was her introduction to the idea that she could heal from her own trauma, and be a guide to others who have experienced the stress left after a traumatic event.
