Sustainability

from Self Improvement

The idea of sustainability is often broken down into three pillars: economic, environmental, and social—also known informally as profits, planet, and people. “Sustainability is a part of our ‘rise’ philosophy. You can not rise if you take more from the community than you put back.” — Anand Mahindra “When sustainability is viewed as being a matter of survival for your business, I believe you can create massive change.” — Cameron Sinclair “We can create a more sustainable, cleaner and safer world by making wiser energy choices.” — Robert Alan Silverstein “The future is green energy, sustainability, renewable energy.” — Arnold Schwarzenegger “Sustainability is treating ourselves and our environment as if we are to live on this earth forever.” — Arron Wood Sustainability is the ability to maintain or support a process over time without depleting natural or physical resources. The ability to maintain or support a process continuously over time. Sustainability is often broken into three core concepts: economic, environmental, and social. Many businesses and governments have committed to sustainable goals, such as reducing their environmental footprints and conserving resources. Some investors are actively embracing sustainability investments, known as “green investments.” Skeptics have accused some companies of “greenwashing,” the practice of misleading the public to make a business seem more environmentally friendly than it is. Accordingly, sustainable policies emphasize the future effect of any given policy or business practice on humans, ecosystems, and the wider economy. The concept often corresponds to the belief that without major changes to the way the planet is run, it will suffer irreparable damage. Sustainability is a great thought. It gives scope to develop gradually. It is like a step by step process. Slow and steady wins the race is the way of living. Don’t expect instant results. Instant results will not fetch much. There is no shortcut method for success. Success is a journey not the destination. Results are ultimate. An idea can change this world to great extent. Thought process is ultimate. It creates positive attitude. It allows to meet positive people to acquire positive thoughts and attain positive results. It also makes us to determine and dedicate to sacrifice and focus more on our desired goals. Goal setting is ultimate. Set a SMART GOAL and accomplish it. Evaluate and appreciate yourself. It inspires and empowers you from present to the next level in reality. Learning is a lifelong process. Learn and earn more and more knowledge. Knowledge is powerful. It allows to listen and plan well to prove on your own to climb up the hill gradually. Rolling stone gathers no mass. Stick on your decision to determine and consider till end irrespective of the obstacles and hurdles that occur in middle makes you to be as a successful individual. Listening is an art. Listen carefully to understand better to know the ground realities will help to plan effectively and perform better and the best in real life. Action gives results. Effort alone yields the fruitful results. Your effort is your valuable asset. Effort will never go waste. It has its value. Keep on doing. Practice makes perfect. Consistent effort gives consistent results. Focus more on reality. Realistic way of approach gives real results. Be practical. Create your own image. Creativity is part of the process. Create your own path to follow by others. It gives pleasure and satisfaction. A satisfied person is better than a successful individual. You are the performer. You only can do anything and everything.
