Suzanne Cupps on going to cooking school when she didn't cook, opening restaurants, and vegetables

from Hungry for More : an Epicurean's Dilemma · host trish glose

A blast from the past as these two Aiken, South Carolina kids catch up in a big way. Trish met Suzanne Cupps in middle school and the two became fast friends. After college, Suzanne struggled a bit to figure out the "what's next" and ended up moving to New York City where she eventually enrolled in cooking school, although she'll tell you (and her family and friends, too) she never really cared for cooking or food much, but it was an idea she just couldn't shake. She talks about her restaurant adventures since then, why she loves vegetables so much, and her next steps in the restaurant industry.
