Janice Simon, MA, CPO – Leadership Practitioner, Organizing Wizard, Writer, Productivity Expert Janice Simon is a Leadership Practitioner in Human Resources, developing mentoring programs, conducting training, and coaching of new leaders. As a Certified Professional Organizer inside a large medical institution, she also assists faculty and staff with personal productivity, email, organizing, and time management issues, among other efficiency measures. Janice not only shares her career transitions that include a bit of serendipity but her personal stories of resilience and courage in managing a chronic illness diagnosis and losing her parents in a few short years. As an adoptee, she shares the 13-year search for her birth parents, the emotions of finding her own birth family and extended family, and helpful hints for other adoptees who want to experience the same journey. Throughout her life experiences, she has discovered tools to stay fluid, forward-focused, and positive. Outside of her day job, she writes regular postings for The Savvy Auntie website as "The Organized Auntie" and for the Organize to Revitalize blog as a guest columnist. She also writes for her own blog at The Clutter Princess blog. She is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO).
