Heather Johnson is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gozynta, a software development company that wants to make better tools for MSPs.   Gozynta has three major products today:   Tixt Tixt allows client endusers to send SMS text messages to a phone number assigned to your MSP and automatically create and update tickets in ConnectWise Manage.   Mobius  Mobius connects ConnectWise Manage to QuickBooks Online. When invoices are created in Manage, Gozynta Mobius will copy them to QBO. When payments are added to QBO, those payments are applied in ConnectWise Manage.    Payments A customer portal that clients to receive invoices with a payment link in their email.
