Szilvanapok a Tornyai Tájházban

from Aradi Hírek – audio csatorna · host Aradi Hírek

Idén is megszervezte a Szilvanapokat az Arad Megyei Magyar Gazdák Egyesülete. A kétnapos szilvafejtésnek és szilvalekvár-főzésnek ezúttal is a Tornyai Tájház adott otthont szeptember első hetében. A háztáji gazdaságot idéző környezet ideális az őszi eltevéshez, a hagyományos receptek alapján készült szilvalekvár befőzése pedig a közösségi érzést is erősíti a résztvevőkben. Pataky Lehel Zsolt a második nap délutánján érkezett a magyar határ menti Tornyár, amikor befőttes üvegekbe merték a lekvárt.
