罷團是公民團體，政治目標簡單明確，但他們沒有政治上私心，周遭協助的民代就很難說，怕成被罷免目標，不想得罪對方勢力，自己想參與補選，有各式各樣。罷免失敗分析，目的明確的比較容易達標, 如高雄罷韓，顏家罷陳柏惟，顏寬恆想選當然盡心盡力。當各有不同想法時，就很難喬。大罷免結束之後，民進黨應該想辦法接住罷團，不論是他們面對的訴訟戰，讓他們取暖，鼓勵不論是否再投入任何政治活動，但要讓他們不要對台灣政治失去希望。
