TAKE 5 Special #2: Meaning & Purpose
from WHO I AM | Strong Mind, Balance & Bold Moves – Guided Meditation Podcast by Jacky · host Jacqueline Friebe
I’m glad you’re back for our 2nd episode of Take 5, a series designed to help you making Meditations a consistent part of your regular mindfulness & selfcare routine. I believe that everybody has 5 minutes to spare (each day) to listen to something that can help you improve your life. I know, your schedule is tight, and you have a million things on your plate already. But what if I told you, that these 5 minutes will not only help you to become calm and centered, but actually also more resilient, productive and overall happier! So please, think about it: where and when throughout your day do you have 5 minutes to listen and meditate? And if you can not come up with anything, is there an activity that you can swop it with at least 2-3 times a week? Who could help you free this tiny slot in your schedule to be able to Take 5 minutes? If your friend, parents, husband, kids would ask you for 5 minutes of your time, would you free your schedule to help them? The reason why I am asking these questions, is because I want you to take this, to take yourself, your own health serious. Prioritize it, because if you are not willing to free time for your own well-being, why would anyone else? Do you really think it’s going to hurt someone if you took that those 5 minutes for yourself? Instead, think about how much of a better mother, friend, colleague, daughter, brother you could be, once the effect of your regular practice kicks in and you become more balanced within just 5 minutes a day. If you require additional guidance or find yourself left with unanswered questions regarding this practice, please connect with me on Instagram @whoiam.coach, send me a message and I promise, I’ll help you through it. Now find a comfortable space and let's begin.
