WATCH https://youtu.be/k8uBSfIRqaA LISTEN WHY WE NEED TO TAKE REST SERIOUSLY  This week another short reading and I will tell you about how I experienced taking a break in a great stressing moment and how this changed my view on „taking a break“.  The book is called „REST - why you get more done when you work less“, written by Alex Soojung-Kim Pang.  A little outtake: "I argue that we misunderstand the relationship between work and rest. Work and rest are not polar opposites. You cannot talk about rest without also talking about work. Writing about only one is like writing a romance and naming only one of the lovers. Rest is not work’s adversary. Rest is work's partner. They complement and complete each other." The Member’s Club will be live the upcoming week. And this is only the beginning. It will grow, every week and it will become the universe of time. Do you need a weekly reminder to live your life (in form of articles, videos and much more?). Stay tuned!  Take care, Anna By the way: if you like my work, please share it with just one friend of yours. That would mean a lot to me. Thank you.  The Member's Club COMING THIS WEEK Episode notes:Reading the first 2 pages from the book 00:00 - 04:30Why do you rest? 04:30 - 04:53 Observing the mountain story 04:53 - 08:13A break is not just a break 08:13 - 10:18Thank you for the hourglass order going to Germany 10:18 - 10:35Member’s Club with the Mini Course: Take a break 10:35 - 10:50Thank you to all of you my dear listeners! 10:50 - end
