TAKE A BREAK & tomorrow*...

Send us Fan Mail...just heard that word* in what I was listening to (weird!) ---will share that in the only space that matters when it comes to that topic. There's a bit about my eX in here, but hey, I've had several & I will never say who or when or where, just remind people that trauma isn't easy to get through & that without Neptune who taught me more about ptsd than the healthcare system, they'd be no way I would've survived.He was helpless, voiceless, abused & most importantly defenseless, like a child & then, relived all these moments from my childhood & knew what to do! The friend who was beat up by her sibling & invited over for soup. The picked on middle schooler so I invited to the carnival. The visit to relatives several times a week & conversations about how people grew up in different generations to never forget how in some cases, life is simply easier now, if not to build gratitude, but to understand history. It doesn't apply to everyone. No one chooses who their parents are & who their kids are, but that's why the debate between NATURE & NURTURE has been on-going & given my experience, I certainly have some opinions to start sharing.  When you do see a future, have hope spring eternal & effortlessly, waking up like every day is a new day, why would you stop doing the thing that removes a) fear b) self-harm/sabotage c) suicide d) adrenaline that connects to increase in many symptoms; some I share with others & some I do not due to chronic pain & tbi & if you're a trained educator who understands the only thing you really need is the golden rule, a way to increase knowledge (literacy) & the desire to keep going (gratitude & true happiness recognizing life is short & everyone deserves the chance to reach their full potential because of the American Dream); you realize the true meaning of the word INDEPENDENCE.Support the show
