Tales of the Broken Realms Episode 3: Echoes of the Ethereal

The party recaps reaching a temple after solving a cave puzzle involving gods’ statues and a shard, meeting Anya, and Henry falling into a chasm but surviving. Inside the temple, they solve a light-reflection puzzle using three lenses to activate murals of Pelor, Laer, and the Dawn Titans, opening the next door. In a corridor with Celestial inscriptions (“to pass into the sacred flame, one must first leave the light behind”) and a Watcher’s Seal, touching the seal opens the gate, so Sham holds it open while the others proceed, leaving him behind. In an antichamber, six braziers ignite when characters confess fears and secrets, revealing new magic effects and opening a descending staircase.
