There've been rumblings about SMS Regs coming to Part 135 operators.  Listen in to get accurate information of what's actually in the sections of 14 CFR 5 as applicable to "States." NOTE: This episode was recorded just prior to the 2023 FAA Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) (88 FR 1932), which directly addresses Safety Management System (SMS) requirements for “certain certificate holders and commercial air tour operators."
