Talk to People, Pay It Forward, Give HUGS, Make a Difference! The World Desperately Needs More of ALL of This!

In today's world we are able to do most things by ourselves. I guess I don't think that is a great thing...We never really have to talk to people Don't need to go get our groceries...Can take trips more likely for business than familyCan work 7 days a week and never talk or be needed Find our spouse by an App rather than a datePretty much live by way of our phone and never need anyone.On the surface sounds interesting?!In reality we are social animals who need contact!I believe this is why we have so much depression, anxiety and sadness.This will require much work to change this situation, but nothing changes if nothings changes!
