This week’s guest is Coach Frances Stephenson; Coach Stephenson is the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at University of Colorado Boulder. In this episode Coach Young gets to caught up with a friend and past co-worker from his North Carolina A&T days. The conversation opens up with a discussion around the high-performance model has grown during her time in the profession. Coach Stephenson has been to a wide range of schools and has seen many different high-performance departments.
