In this week's episode, Coach Otto dives into all aspects of how he ran his past off-season with the softball program at Penn State. At the beginning of the episode, Coach Otto gives a detailed breakdown of how he plans out training blocks and creates his annual plan. We get an insight into the technology and the KPI tracking that Coach Otto uses at Penn State and how he is building out softball usage of sports science.
