Talking Chronic Pain and How To Live With It with Patrick Legge

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

I am sure we have all dealt with pain on some level in our lives and many of you may have likely dealt with varying degrees of chronic pain. However, I am fairly certain that there are only a very few number of you who have experienced as much chronic pain and discomfort as Patrick Legge goes through and has been through over the past few years. Patrick was hit by a car in 2017 and among his many broken bones and shattered body was a broken spine. Patrick was lucky to come away from that crash with his life and without any loss of function to his body. However, what has followed has been a true test of the human spirit and a want to get better and to see him rid his body of this terrible pain he experiences everyday. I wanted to get Patrick onto the show to talk about his experience and what he has done to see himself improve the function of his body, reduce his daily pain levels and to see him get better and stay positive throughout this experience. I hope you enjoy the episode and if you did and haven't already, please go and give the podcast a quick review and 5 star rating as it would mean the world to me :-) Join the tribe and become a NO BREAKFAST CLUB member today and receive daily workouts sent directly to your email, discounts on products and services and MUCH more planned in the no too distant future.
