Specializing in helping people for the last twenty years in poor relationships, develop better boundaries, overcome anxiety and overthinking, and develop a deeper spiritual connection, more self love and self worth to create the life they want. After graduating from UC Berkeley, studying psychology and international al relations, she worked in Hollywood as an actor and associate producer. Quickly her inner circle was filled with celebrities like Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider and Quentin Tarantino. She didn’t know at the time these friendships/relationships she was drawing in were a reflection of the family patterns she would need to heal.After many years of suffering with PTSD from a series of abusive relationship, she eventually asked and found the right help and support, Somatic Experiencing under PhD Peter Levine. She completed his three year training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. This changed her life and healed her trauma symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations, suicidal thought and unhealthy relationships, all without medications. Since then Karlee has helped thousands do the same. Healing their trauma and attracting better, healthy, happy relationships.She wrote a book series called “Can You Please Talk To My Trauma?” & “Can You Please Talk To My Girlfriend?” to share the journey of how she overcame these symptoms without medication and to inspire others to do the same.
