Many people want to lose weight or get in shape in 2015. 65 year old Lorraine Viguers has been working out for five years and has lost 20 pounds. She knows the importance of setting realistic goals. Lisa Lundrigan is a fitness trainer at Gold’s Gym. She says when it comes to making New Year’s Resolution start by setting small goals. Remember the key is not to give up and just get out there and start moving. Next week we’ll tell you how to stay motivated. Until then make it a great day!
