It is important to remember to keep a healthy balance in all aspects of your life. Keeping yourself healthy doesn’t only help yourself but it also helps those around you. Fitness Instructor Lisa Lundrigan touches on the effect that healthy lifestyles has on others. Once you’ve made the commitment to live a healthier life it tends to grow to be slightly easier because it becomes more of a habit. To make sure you are keeping your body at its best you should always remember to continue to challenge yourself. Try new things. Try things you never thought you could do when you first began this journey. Mixing it up and testing your body’s limits will not only help make you healthier, it will add to your motivation and show how far you’ve come since starting the journey.
