Hola! In this episode I was joined by Lupita Martinez, a Latina Therapist that focuses on working with impostor phenomenon (syndrome) within black and brown communities. In this episode, Lupita shares how as the youngest and only daughter of 3 she experienced a version of femininity that did not sit well with her and made her lean into a more "tomboy" and rebellious version of herself. I loved how as she explained her healing journey she wove in experiences with her grandmother, parents, and now her own as a mother.
