Tamra Keepness is Missing in Canada (last seen july 5, 2004 in Regina, Sask)

At some point during the early morning of July 5, 2004, 5 year old Tamra Keepness seems to have simply vanished from her home. The facts of that evening, as well as the behaviours of the adults responsible for Tamra's care, are more than a bit hazy. Alcoholism, drug abuse, sex work, and domestic violence all find their way into Tamra's last known night and all obscure the trail she left behind. But if one thing is for certain, it's that Tamra’s family has far from given up on her.
