談小兒腸套疊

「腸套疊」是小兒急性腸阻塞的常見原因之一，也是嚴重的腹部急症，雖然比起像腹瀉、腹脹、腸絞痛一般腸胃疾病發生的機率較低，但如果輕忽症狀、延遲診斷，就很可能造成兒童腸道壞死或穿孔的危險。本集節目為大家邀請到中國醫藥大學新竹附設醫院兒科陳思融主任來談「小兒腸套疊」這個主題，到底什麼是腸套疊？為什麼會發生？是否有好發的族群？陳主任也提醒家中有嬰幼兒的父母，如果孩子有腸套疊主要的三種症狀出現，最好要儘早就醫。請聽陳主任的分享。
