Tanya Gioia

from Walk With Me · host Stephanie Bloom

Today's guest, Tanya Gioia grew up as a typical American kid who had the needs met and most of the wants, but it came with the performance based love and self worth issue questions. This affected her romantic relationship choices and after a high powered degree and a divorce, she began to question what was amiss. She felt she had abandoned herself at some point in all the masks she had taken on to 'earn love', and really only began to address it when a therapist called her out and told her, she was the problem. Join us as we find where centered lives, and how she got there.    As always,  you can find the links to connect with her in the show notes, along with my affiliate link to my Full Script, where when you sign up, you receive a minimum of 15% off of the supplements that you likely already purchase, and I earn a small commission from each sale. My latest shipment has come in and I bought some copper and chromium that I know I can trust because full script only carries the good stuff. It goes a long way to encouraging me to spread messages of hope!         If you'd like to be a guest on the show, or have feedback, email me at walk with me conversations. Reviews of this show on which ever platform you've found me on, are immensely helpful.
