Tapping for Chronic Illness and Pain w/ Dr. Peta Stapleton (Pod #478)

from Tapping Q & A - Getting the most out of tapping and EFT · host Gene Monterastelli and Peta Stapleton

Chronic issues can be some of the most difficult to address with tapping and EFT because usually there is no obvious root cause. The physical ailments can begin months or even years after the trauma occurred and since it's hard to know when the issue began, we don't have a clear target for our tapping. In this conversation Dr. Peta Stapleton shares why trauma can create chronic issues and how to tap effectively for these issues using their physical symptoms. Her perspective is informed by the early results of the tapping for chronic illness study that she is currently leading.
