Tara Carcillo is the CEO of The Clearing, a people-centered management consulting firm in Washington, D.C. She’s passionate about the design of organizational development practices and their implementation into the operating and management environments in which today’s leaders must survive and thrive. To that end, Tara has supported leaders across the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), American Red Cross, Small Business Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Administrative Office of the Courts, and various global financial institutions.
