The intention for this journey is to help you feel more comfortable while mindfully taking a leap of faith - jumping into the unknown.This can be made easier with a deeper connection to the universal energies of support (our guides, angels, ancestors and any other enlightened beings around us) and a trust that we can handle what is sent our way.Whether this leap is something you are intentionally doing or you feel like you don't really have a choice... this is a nice soothing balm to the internal freak out that can happen with change.
