Taryn Aiken-Hyatt, who brought the Out of the Darkness Walks to Utah, came to this position through personal experience. After losing her father to suicide at the age of 26, and having her own brushes with suicidal ideation, Taryn decided to give back and find hope for people of Utah who are affected and/or struggling with depression/suicidal thoughts.
