Tasks that engage and enable learning

As a Trainer you want to make sure that you engage your learners and learning new concepts is achieved. Group activities can at times go horribly wrong if you are not organised and don't know what the main objective is. In this podcast I talk about really simple activities to deliver in a workshop style that are engaging, create collaboration and get results that can be immediately implemented into the workplace. This training is very relevant right now as people transition back to work, trust and rapport need to be developed and communication needs to be as authentic as it has ever been.
