Ens visita Ciriac Carbó, director tècnic i enòleg de Cellers Domenys, que actualment agrupa 800 productors de vuit pobles del Baix Penedès, l'Alt Camp i la Conca de Barberà, i que distribueix els seus vins i olis sota el paraigua de cinc denominacions d'origen diferents. Ens presenta l'Ànima Nua Cor Viu Xarel·lo, un vi que l'any passat va ser distingit amb la medalla d'or al millor xarel·lo al Concurs Tastavins DO Penedès. També saludem la presidenta de l'Associació Catalana de Sommeliers, Anna Vicens, per parlar sobre la nova edició del concurs per buscar el millor sommelier de Catalunya, que es farà a principis de febrer.
