To wrap up our October series, we are having: TBI One Love Survivor: Jessie Rain Anne Smith from Vancouver Canada.  In 2013, she was involved in a very bad car accident, and sustained her very bad concussion. After her hospitalization, she next was sent to a local rehabilitation center. Which, wisely encouraged her to take up mindfulness(paying attention to the present moment rather than getting lost in thoughts about the past or the future).  Now, she is mediation teacher that helps address others through trauma, not trauma and also brain injury survivors battling any storms to locate, joy, gratitude, and much more.
