For our show, we are having Meliisa Medeiros from Canada with Surrey NeuroPlasticity Clinic. Who is a Clinical Operations Supervisor, Registered Occupational Therapist! Melissa graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto. Her interest in brain injury developed during her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. Melissa is committed to staying up-to-date on emerging literature, and is always looking for opportunities to further her skills. As a certified yoga instructor, Melissa enjoys incorporating yoga and mindfulness techniques into her clinical practice.
