Tea on year 3

Solo yap sesh with yours truly <3 I felt the need to spill the tea on year three. Being a school counselor as a millennial in 2026 is definitely something to see, and I can assure you there's never a dull moment. It has certainly been a journey, and I'm learning a lot about myself- also learning that maintaining grace at work is a discipline. I'll be honest, there are things that I wish someone would have told me going into this role.
