His guidance taught me that when you connect with your students from the heart, they will always remember you. 💬 Building those authentic connections is what makes a lasting impact. [Secret #2: Consistency and Accountability]An impactful coach always holds you accountable. My coach, Blair Singer, constantly reminded me, "If you're not consistent, you won't see results." He brought discipline into my life and challenged me with a 90-day hackathon. I used to think, "How will I do this?" But he set up that accountability, and today, whatever I'm achieving is because of that discipline. Your coach is critical in pushing you towards your goals and keeping you on track. 🏋️‍♀️ [Secret #3: Believe in Your Potential]The most important lesson I’ve learned from my mentors is self-belief! My IELTS coach who taught me, once told me, "Monika, start teaching your students in your unique way; instil belief in them." I realized that an impactful coach helps you believe in your potential.
