We have 3 specific areas of technique on which we will be focussing. Six kicks per cycle is important for our backstroke, to keep it balanced and smooth. Back to Breast crossover turn transitions are .3 seconds faster than a typical open turn. Scull practice is important for all of our strokes, but especially breaststroke.
