MULLED WINE RECIPE: 1 bottle dry red wine (zinfandel or cabernet sauvignon are good)4 cups apple cider2 cinnamon sticks3 star anise3 clovesZest and juice of 1 orange¼ cup honeyCombine all of the above in a pot and bring to a boilImmediately reduce to a low simmer.
