Texas ends contract with foster care service provider; McKinney Mayor Bill Cox on the city's growth

The state is ending its contract with EMPOWER, the nonprofit responsible for coordinating foster care services across nine North Texas counties, after the deaths of two infants and the hospitalization of another child under EMPOWER's care. We get the latest from KERA's Toluwani Osibamowo. And McKinney is touting a new manufacturing facility that is set to bring 600 new jobs to the city.
