In today’s episode I talk about my trip to Las Vegas, and meeting with Ken Goodrich, CEO of Goettl Air Conditioning. Kens company does around 170 million dollars a year as an HVAC company. I also talk about if you want to be able to grow and learn, you need to be able to take criticism. Set specific goals, write them down. Business is founded upon taking care of people, so make sure that is always your priority. As a business owner you need to be reading into the numbers. You do not need to know all your business’s numbers, but you need to know certain ones. One of my last takeaways is learning how to delegate to tasks.
