TGMS EP 35 : How To Overcome Crisis

In today's episode I talk about how to deal with crisis in your business. I talk about the events that lead up to the hardest crisis I’ve ever had to deal with. My advice is the first thing you need to do is stop the bleeding and assess the situation. I talk about the story of Job in the Bible, there was a time when Satan tested him to see if he took everything away, would he still worship God, and he did. Another tip is to find good counsel, I was lucky enough to find some when I went through my crisis. I came out of it by working with friends, that helped me write a public apology that I could stand behind. Lastly, get good coaches, mentors and maintain an honest social media profile.
